Interested in research that advances the field of biology by combining large, heterogeneous datasets, with a focus on generating computational models that are interpretable by humans.

Also enjoys musing on technology more broadly — history, market currents, emerging research — particularly in the life sciences.

Made in Japan, raised in Michigan, biologist & chemical engineer by training, ML engineer by profession, UMich Ann Arbor grad.
